People

The most important resource for any telemarketing operation is the workforce. The people who make and take the telephone calls are the people who make or break the company.

Because of this we employ professional, resilient, committed individuals who go through a comprehensive induction programme. This training includes general telephone skills and techniques, telephone customer service skills and telephone sales skills.

This training does not stop after the induction however. We consider training to be the most important part of maintaining a productive and successful telemarketing team. As a result this training is on-going, and each member of the team has a training programme designed for them by their team leader.

We try to involve our call handlers in as much of the campaign as possible to give them a wider picture of what is trying to be achieved. We are also sensitive to the stresses and strains of this type of work and as such try to encourage as relaxed an atmosphere as possible. We feel this environment produces the best quality work and a well motivated team.
