Telemarketing Centre offers a range of comprehensive training courses in telephone skills. From basic telephone techniques to more advanced telephone sales skills, we can give your employees the skills they need to make the telephone work for you.

We can design a training programme specifically for your employees, taking into account their strengths and weaknesses and your priorities.

All our training involves structured role play between delegates, because putting into practice what they learn on the course is half the battle. The role plays can be recorded and played back to the delegate to give them the customer / prospect's perspective of how they come across on the telephone and how their new skills affect their performance

The training can be delivered at the site of the client or in one of our training suites at our site in Sittingbourne.
